Management Team

Shammi Moza

Founder and Ex-Managing Director of RT Outsourcing Services; now InTarvo, Shammi Moza has a rich experience of over 24 years and is associated with companies like Blue Star and CMC. He is a qualified Electronics engineer, from National Institute of Technology, Srinagar and a Specialist Technocrat in the Services space. During his long 16 years tenure as the co-founder and MD of RT Outsourcing, it gained new heights by way of number of projects, turnover, profitability, created many leaders and received funding from Investors like NEA (one of the largest PE funds of USA). Shammi Moza, leveraging on his past expertise, has taken on the challenge to take F1 Services to newer heights and turn it into the most preferred services provider in India. His motto is “let’s bring customer delight in all our interactions with them”.

Balraj Virdi

Balraj Virdi, person with rich experience of 20 plus years in the field of Operations & Supply Chain Management is Director – Operations in F1 Info Solutions & Services Private Limited. Having joined Neoteric Infomatique limited in the year 2000, he was heading Operations & Supply Chain comprising of the verticals – Imports/Exports, Inland Logistics, Field Operations, Inventory & Reverse Logistics with a dedicated team of 100 members spread PAN India. During his tenure he was promoted to various levels & in August, 2013 moved to F1 Info Solutions as GM – Services. Prior to Neoteric Infomatique he was associated with Modern Woollens Limited (Modern Group) for 5 years. He has done his Diploma in Materials Management from Wellingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai and also holds a degree of Honours in Sales and Marketing from NIS Academy, Mumbai. His other key competencies are Customer orientation, Entrepreneurship skills, Strong people management skills and Execution skills. Apart from being a very simple, humble and down to earth personality, he is passionate towards his work and loves to be a team person.

Arun Sharma

An ITIL Certified Professional with a rich experience of 20 years in service delivery operations and project management, is GM Service Delivery Operations in F1 Info Solutions & Services Pvt.Ltd. He has an extensive capability of handling high volume, multi-location and multivendor projects, E2E service delivery including planning, deployment and execution and is an excellent leader who channelizes the strength of an individual towards achieving the desired goals. Prior to joining F1, he has worked with InTarvo Technologies Limited as DGM Services for more than 6 years. Has also worked with a company called Microchip, an associate of Wipro InfoTech, for over 9 years. He has a track record for attaining highest levels of customer satisfaction and managing clients to execute various projects. He has done his MBA in IT and Operations from Asian Institute of Management Technology, New Delhi. Apart from being Electronics engineer, he has completed many certifications like ITIL, CCNA, MCSE, SUN and CNE, including other brand specific certifications as well. He is passionate about people and the power of a motivated set of people to overcome any challenges & deliver outstanding results. Has enjoys leading services industry through motivating teams, continuously improving processes & automation to deliver high customer satisfaction & profitable business growth.
