Nipun Sharma

A CEO and Business Head with 30 years of experience in E-commerce, Telecom, and Consumer Goods & Services across India. Nipun holds a B.Tech. (Hons.) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from NIT Kurukshetra, and he was chosen as the Best All-Rounder of his batch. He has also earned his PGDBM (Gold Medalist) from Kurukshetra University and his Ph.D. in Management from Amity University. Currently, Nipun is the CEO of Jeeves Consumer & F1 Info Solutions (both Flipkart Group companies). Jeeves has been awarded as India’s Most Trusted Consumer Durables Service and Solution Provider in 2021 and 2022 by IBC, USA. Jeeves has also won the 13th Aegis Graham Bell Award in the category of Innovation in Managed Services.

Balraj Virdi

Balraj Virdi, person with rich experience of 20 plus years in the field of Operations & Supply Chain Management is Director – Operations in F1 Info Solutions & Services Private Limited. Having joined Neoteric Infomatique limited in the year 2000, he was heading Operations & Supply Chain comprising of the verticals – Imports/Exports, Inland Logistics, Field Operations, Inventory & Reverse Logistics with a dedicated team of 100 members spread PAN India. During his tenure he was promoted to various levels & in August, 2013 moved to F1 Info Solutions as GM – Services. Prior to Neoteric Infomatique he was associated with Modern Woollens Limited (Modern Group) for 5 years. He has done his Diploma in Materials Management from Wellingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai and also holds a degree of Honours in Sales and Marketing from NIS Academy, Mumbai. His other key competencies are Customer orientation, Entrepreneurship skills, Strong people management skills and Execution skills. Apart from being a very simple, humble and down to earth personality, he is passionate towards his work and loves to be a team person.

Sankalp Mohan Bhardwaj

Senior Director – Operations

Sankalp Mohan Bhardwaj heads Pan India Service Operations for Jeeves & F1. Prior to this role, he was heading Sales Operations for Vodafone Idea’s UP E circle circle. He brings on table 23+ years of diverse experience in Telecom, Banking, Mobile Commerce, E-commerce, & FMCG sectors. He has handeled varied roles heading Service Operations, Sales & Distribution Operations, Retail Operations, Retail Banking, B2B sales, Credit and Collections, Channel management. Sankalp has pursued B.SC(PCM) from DAV College Dehradun and MBA from FMS-IRM. Sankalp’s leadership style is defined by an innovative out-of-box approach, leading from front and empowerment to the team. A keen team player with an eye on field execution to drive desired results.

Sanjay Shende

Sanjay Shende, a seasoned HR & IR professional with over 23 years of experience across diverse sectors such as Chemicals, Hospitality, FMCG, Construction & Real Estate, Pharma, and e-Commerce & Logistics. He’s a management and law graduate, with degrees from prestigious institutes like IIM Calcutta and TISS.
Currently, Sanjay is the Director – HR for Jeeves and F1 and he also heads the Employee & Industrial Relations for Flipkart. He has been instrumental in setting up the IR function at Flipkart and building the best IR practices in the e-commerce sector.
Before joining Flipkart, Sanjay was a part of the pharmaceutical leader Cipla, where he spearheaded various roles like heading the HR function for Cipla’s Research & Development Centre and leading Cipla’s Industrial Relations and Compliance. He also served as an HRBP for Cipla’s supply chain and distribution division.

Neha Singhvi

Neha Singhvi, Head procurement for Jeeves F1 for Category & Non Category.
An accomplished and proven Supply Chain professional with 12+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Business Planning and Operations, and Logistic Management. Neha had worked in Daimler India commercial vehicles as Procurement manager for 3 years after completing her MBA from DoMS, IIT Madras. Worked in Alstom Transport Pvt Ltd as Interior commodity manager & Tender Sourcing Manager to drive growth. Her keen market insight with disciplined strategic thinking has helped deliver desired outcomes for large initiatives across various areas of supply chain including planning, procurement, negotiations, vendor development and material scheduling till delivery. My ability as a great communicator and vendor interaction skills has helped in creating sustainable business growth and distinct market advantage for my employer and partners alike.
